There is nothing better than a weekend brunch session with a view! Our newly launched Sunday Brunch features an array of succulent live station with Western and Asian Specialties. From the Prime Rib Roast, Finest Seafood, Roasted Iberian Pork Belly, Duck a l'orange to Nigiri's, Caviar and dessert trolley, all are prepared with the finest ingredients and served at your table. Brunchers can also enjoy a selection of cocktails, wines, champagne and beer.

Our resident Butcher at Stellar Steakhouse offers a butchery service, from order taking for our signature house aged meats to recommendation of the right cut.

Using a traditional butchery method known as seam butchery, our Butcher prepares the meat by separating the joint and cutting along the natural seams. All cut meats are dried in our in-house pink Himalayan salt brick lined ageing room. The salt helps to purify the air and leaves the meat with a slightly sweeter flavour yet still retaining the perfectly distinctive dry aged taste, guaranteeing a unique, not-to-be-missed experience of luxury dining in Hanoi.

Stellar Steakhouse offers the decadent, bespoke experience of wine tasting with imported cheese and cold cuts, at our dedicated Wine & Cheese tasting room.

Guests should not miss out on the newly stocked 40-month aged Iberico ham from Spain, thinly sliced and served with onion marmalade, olive tapenade and tangy salsa. The variety of cheeses will delight any cheese lover, especially with the selection from France, from Brie De Meaux, Roquefort to Beaufort and Chaource.
